Need ..... More ..... Nicotine

I stepped down my patch yesterday. I'd gotten so used to not having actual nicotine cravings. I forgot how annoying they are. Still, its better than cold turkey cravings! Yikes! So, 2 weeks at step 2 then 2 more at step 3 then I'm nicotine free. I have to admit that I'm a-wanting one now!

Also, all the way up to 170 after vaca. That sucks rocks. I'm back on induction now though and hopefully can lose that 10 I gained since quitting smoking, and then some more :)

Had a great vacation, enjoyed seeing Kelly and the family. Wish I lived closer to them all. It's rainy/drizzly/hot and humid as all hell here. I miss the west coast!
