Open house went real well, had more than 40 people go through. Realtor is optimistic and figures it won't be on market long.

Richard did a stupid thing that is real bad. He was filling the pool on saturday and before bed he turned the water off and disconnected the hose from the house, but he left the other end in the pool, which created a siphon, so the pool was draining against the house all saturday night and so we had water in the basement for the open house. not standing water, but soaked carpet. I was able to get enough of the water sucked out so that it didn't squish if people walked on it, but not good to have water in the basement when you're trying to sell a house. He felt real stupid about it, but what ya gonna do? I mean besides not do it again.

Sandy and i learned to make Pysanky (Ukrainian easter eggs) at church on Saturday morning. We had so much fun that i went out and bought supplies for us to make them at home. They are really beautiful.
